Privacy at My Table

Updated 29 September 2026.

What we store

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication information, favourite recipe references, saved dinner plans and guest counts, and the recipes, notes and recipe photographs you choose to add. Your account recipes and notes are not published or shared with other members.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide your account, retrieve your saves across devices, and send account-confirmation and password-reset emails. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services that help us

Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase provides account authentication, private photo storage and the database; this project is hosted in London. Resend delivers account emails, including processing the destination email address and message content. These providers also process operational information needed to run their services.

On your device

Browser-only saves remain in that browser until you remove them or clear browser data. Importing copies your chosen browser saves into your account; it does not delete the originals. Sign-in uses browser storage to remember your session. Sign out on shared devices.

Your choices

You can remove account favourites and saved dinners, and edit or delete your personal recipes. To request a copy of your account data or account deletion, contact [email protected] from the email address used for your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We keep account content while your account remains active, unless you remove it or request deletion; service logs and backups may retain copies for their retention periods.
